i have a few questions about blogs.
1) how can I embed youtube videos onto my blog?
2) I have heard that by updating your site a lot that helps with seo, but it seems that my serif blog is not hosted on my site, does that mean that it doesn't contrivute towards building up the pages-thus web visability of my site.
