WebPlus X6: File Size - Lengthy Build

I have a number of clients on WPX6. The majority of their .wpp files are less than 2Mb. I have one site that is huge and it's file is 767kb. It struggles to build each time but does ultimately finish. I fear there is something missing here as this is one of the largest sites I host.
