WebPlus X6: Form

I am a complete newbie ( only a week old and I can't walk, talk or feed myself yet! ) to WebPlus and when I upload my site to the server it gives an error at the end, saying the contact form has not been uploaded to the serif server, it goes to my server but doesn't work properly on the website in IE, only creating an email in the mail program with the raw details showing.

I have searched the forum for about half an hour and can't find an answer
