WebPlus X6: Embedding javascript

Hi All,

I have managed to put a responsive tile gallery into a site i am creating but i want to be able to put it in-between the header and footer that i have created in the master page. When i put in into a html fragment i can position it where i want but it is not responsive.

So where would i put the code when you press alt+s so it stays between the header and footer?

What i have tried either goes above or below the header & footer.
