Oeps SM:OHMY its midnightSM:MELLOW and its my birthday SM:LAUGH

Anyway, i am working like most of the time :)
What i wanted to know is if the text is automaticly optimized for the seo or if i have to add the heading 1,2 & 3 by myself?
