WebPlus X6: view pages width problems

On my index page I have a page width of 860 pix. at the bottom I have a picture (torn page bottom) it is set to 860 pix, both are centered on the master. When previewed they aee not the same width and alignment is off. I have tried to manually change widths and used snapping but to no avail.:(

Any suggestions.

I know there is a learning curve for all but the simplest of apps. I have been working hard for the last 5 weeks and have gotten far but still have problems with the things that seem to be the simplest like the above!!!!
