WebPlus X5: how to convert a weplus form into a hushmail encrypted form

Hi folks, new to the forum and first post!

I have almost built my first site learning as I go along(but not uploaded it) .. I have a couple of 'large forms' on the site to collect information from clients (its going to be an Online counselling site).

I have now realised that I need to encrypted theses forms!

I have a Hushmail account and they supply the code to sent a form to my hushmail email address in an encrypted format. they say add the code to my <form> tag

the supplied code is:

<form method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data"
action="https://forms.hush.com/myname">

If I click on the attach HTML code button, the place it seems to need to go (and replace what I already have) to me as a novice is somewhere here ...

I have played around for hours and hours ... I know I can only edit the 'white bits' .. I have tried publishing the page to disk folder and editing it in wordpad .. but im confusing myself and stuck!

could any nice person tell me how to do it .. and exactly what bits I need to cut out or leave in?
