WebPlus X6: Why does text move inside text frame when previewed?

Hi all,

I have a text frame with some quick shapes that sit on top of it.

The problem i get is when i preview in a browser, the text within the text frame moves downwards?

Is there a setting i need to change or something?

I've tried Attaching images within the text frame but the same thing happens, the text moves downwards when previewed in firefox or IE?

I've attached the file.
