Trying the free trial of X5 to see if we want to purchase Webeasy (from what I've read, we probably will, but it makes sense to try it first to see what it's like to use). Havr downloaded it and tried ti install - it gets as far as doing a reboot, but then when rebooted, the installation does not recommence, but nor is the programme installed. Tried 4 times, cleared cache etc in between. deleted and downloaded a fresh copy, but exactly the same thing happens. Running XP SP3, have tons of RAM and disc space (2TB spare!). Have not had a reply from Serif yet, so do I give up & buy a different product (though I like Serif stuff normaly) or does someone know the issue please?
