WebPlus X4: cannot remove old web page

Hi can anyone help, I have a website http://www.staustellbayadvertiser.com/

On the site page, I have a link to Bodevla Tyres, If you click that link you come to the correct webpage http://www.staustellbayadvertiser.co...20page205.html

If I search on google for Bodelva Tyres I get an old web page http://www.staustellbayadvertiser.co...20page205.html

The difference on the two addresses are a capital "B" on Bodelva and a capital "T" on Tyres, yet the html page is 205 on both addresses, they are loaded from Serif webplus X4

I need to remove the old web page, but do not seem to be able to overwrite it, can anyone help please
