Creating 'to top' hyperlinks "Webplus X6"

hello, i try to create the "to top" button on my website, but it dosen't work, i don't know why!

Ich habe probleme bei der Erstellung von "nach oben"-Schaltfläche!!!

Ich habe die Anleitung im obigen Link befolgt, trotzdem habe ich es nicht hingekriegt...

Was mache ich denn falsch???
