WebPlus X6: Cannot download google verification code

Hi, I am trying to download a google verification file using windows internet explorer but each time I try I receive the message: 'This file could'nt be downloaded. Retry or cancel' I have previously downloaded verification files with no problem. Appreciate any assistance with this issue.
