Cookie Control

Hi,
I have tried to install a cookie control script as per
the video tutorial without success. Can anybody help I have ask at civicuk but being a newby I am not sure how to implement the instructions here is the reply I received.
It seems that the location for the JS script is wrong.
I can see that in your HTML you are referencing "http://www.stgeorgeshalls.co.uk/cookieControl-6.2.min.js"

However, the JS is not at that location. Please ensure that the cookie control js file is at that location or update the location
to wherever the JS has been uploaded.
