WebPlus X6: W3C Validation

A client of mine has been approached by email from a consultancy attaching a copy of the W3C validation of my clients web site. They are suggesting that they employ them to sort out the errors and help him get his ranking in Google higher. naturally he is concerned and has asked me what he should do. I have explained to him that although the the report show 43 errors many of them are the same bit of code that is used in many instances in the site page. Many of them are code snippets that I assume WPX6 generates when it creates the HTML files.

I've explained to him that it could cost him a significant amount of money if he wanted to get his site listed in the top 10, (I did a search on his business type in the UK and got 58 million results) and he needs to evaluate the cost effectiveness of such a project.

However, the HTML errors are a little concerning in that I assume Serif get this right. Would anyone like to comment?
Regards
Tony
