WebPlus X6: rollover help

Hello,

I have 2 questions, please can you help.

I have a navigation bar. and I was trying out some ideas. I can change the mouse hover over colour fine. However for one button I added a small pop up box that I put a description in. I can't remember how I did that and how to add that to the remaining buttons in the nav bar.

Secondly, is there an easy way to create these small mouse over text boxes pop up without having to create different rollover images? This was something that Frontpage, back in the day did very easily.
