WebPlus X6: Inserting mp4 video

Hi,
I have a program for capturing videos (Camtasia). The previous version made .swf files, but the new one (also for Iphones and IPads) makes only .mp4 files.
I tried a lot of things how to insert that in WebPlus, but no big success.
Is there some way the video should act as normal video in swf mode?
