A website I created for a colleague a couple of years ago and she has come to me to update with a new e-mail address. This have been done on the site on my PC. Now I find I can't upload the site to the web.
I'm using the Serif built in FTP which has always been OK. The Host is with 1and1. It appears that either the password or the user name is incorrect. I have had these written down for a couple of years.
I would add that my colleague has also tried to upload to no avail.
If there is anyone that can offer help or guidance please? I will gladly supply the known log in details to anyone that can help in confidence. My colleague is slightly panicking of course.
