I am still playing with fixed panels. Strictly speaking I don't necessarily need them since I keep page length short but it is useful sometimes.
I have a child page with a fixed panel across the top and an html frame beneath it with navbar to left.
The child page is accessed by navbar from parent but also has anchors on individual items that are hyperlinked from parent.
I find that if child page is accessed from navbar the html text frame is correctly positioned below the panel.
If the page is accessed from a hyperlink to an anchor on the child page then the html text frame moves to the top of the browser page and is hidden by the panel. It can be scrolled back down but not quite what I was intending.
If the panel is not fixed then the html text frame is always below the panel but of course whole page scrolls up.
Does anyone have an answer to this please.
