On my website I'm linking to an outside URL, my blog. From the home page it works great, but when you go to another page (such as gallery, resume, etc.) it will not work! :( It keeps linking as if it's a page within the website.
To see what I'm saying:

Go to any other part of the site besides 'home', and then click 'blog'. In the URL it reads it as a branch of the site instead of a separate URL altogether. How do I fix this? :(
