WebPlus X6: Inserting movie

Hi,

Can someone, please, help me solve the problem:

Is there a way to insert a movie that is not published on YouTube?

I have a movie, it is big (more than 2 GB). If I upload it on Yotube, the quality is too bad. If I insert it as a movie, - that is even worse.

So, can I put the movie on the web and then link or somehow insert it in WebPlus page like an ordinary swf file?

Or is there some other solution?
