WebPlus X6: captcha problems

Hi again
Thought I'd be ready to go live but users are reporting that despite entering the captcha for two forms on my webpage, it comes back saying the words do not match. Indeed, when I try the audio version, the letters played out don't match what is displayed! Any help appreciated. Many thanks
