Two questions, both related to Serif Web Recourses.
Is it possible to set permissions for forum ranks?
What I want to achieve to have site admin and moderator ranks able to access one part of the forum the ordinary members cannot, like a private chat room.
Secondly is it possible to add emoticons to the default ones, like we have on this forum.
