WebPlus X5: Import or insert and catchpa question..

Is it possible to import or insert a .pdf file into WebPlus, if so, how would I do this?

Regarding catchpa's, I am writing a site for people who are visually impaired - so much so that they find reading a catchpa very difficult or impossible. Is there a way of disabling the need for a catchpa in a submitted contact form?
