WebPlus X6: Global find and replace hyperlinks

In WebPlus x6 I am trying to "global find and replace" email address and web page URLs right across my site, but I can only find them using this command if they are actual text, but I cannot find them if they are insert using Control-K (or Format-Hyperlink). Is it possible to do this, or do I have to go through every page and find every instance and do it all manually? I know about Resource Manager but not sure if this can be used for a global replace.
