WebPlus X6: Image gallery/slider dependent on series of questions

I was wondering if this is possible.......

We have a huge library of apple photos that can be used for identifying varieties both rare and common.

We thought about having an an 'apple identification' section on the website where people can visit to identify any unusual apples they may have.

Rather than display all the images which the visitor would have to search through, I was hoping it might be possible to have a series of questions or checkboxes or radio buttons or combos (something like that) that the visitor can narrow down the images to view.

For example, they have a green apple. So no point displaying the red ones. It would be nice to have a selection that said red or green or unknown that filtered the photos displayed. This would have to be more than one selection e.g. could be colour, size and whether russeted for example.

Maybe I am asking to much here? The only way I could think would be to have an iframe and then gallery pages with all combinations of selections which would display in the frame dependent on selection. But I wondered if this was possible using the database for example, something I have not looked at yet in WebPlus.
