WebPlus X6: Static Graphics on page scroll

Hi,

I have a problem that i require help with.

I have added a couple of graphics to the Master page. If you take a look at http://www.serendipitysweets.co.uk/test you will see a couple of upstand pillars on the left and right of the screen. Here's my problem(s):

1. I would like the pillars to be in the foreground. As you can see they get hidden by the white text boxes?
2. I would like to extend the graphic to the bottom of the screen and for it to resize to the bottom of the screen no matter what screen resolution it is.
3. I would also like it static on the page so that the page scrolls up in between the pillars (exactly like the 'canopy' element does).

Can this be done? If so how? Is it simple enough to do?

I have already converted the images to PNG and positioned them but i need help with the static bits.

Would i have to put the graphics on a panel?
