A friend has asked me to help him with building a website for his (very!) small business. He would like me to take the lead in developing the site initially, but after that he wants to be able to carry out future development and maintenance of the site himself, after he has learned to use a website software package of some sort.
The problem we have is that he runs a Mac and I run a PC - and Serif software won't run on a Mac.
If I build the site in Webplus X6 and upload it to his hosting providers, would it be possible (in future) to transfer the HTML to my friend's Mac, so that he can edit and develop it in some sort of Apple-compatible website software? If this can be done, how could it be achieved?
