Transferring Files

I had been using Serif Web Plus X5 on my old computer. It no longer starts and I'm trying to transfer the files from one computer to the next. I contacted Godaddy where the files are stored and used Filezilla to download them on the new computer. However, when I try to open them in Serif it shows the "wpscripts" and "wpimages" folders but nothing is in them.

Any ideas or recommendations on how to get these files over to my new computer without being able to access them from my older computer?
