WebPlus X6: page offset not working on mobile

Me again!! :)

I'm trying to optimize my Amazon Associates store for use on hand held devices. Amazon places the pages in the middle of the export page so you have to offset them when you import them into a frame. They end up looking like this on the laptop/pc:

So far so good....

But when I view this same page through my smartphone the frame has not been offset. I wanted to send you a pic of it but the only camera I have here is on the smartphone....workaround is for a kind soul to load the webpage into your smartphone and see how it looks.

Any ideas how I can make the frame load properly for mobile viewing please?
