WebPlus X6: Need help with endless page scroll

Hi guys i need some help,

I dont know the best way to describe the issue is, when my webpage ends you can still scroll further down showing a blank section,

I cant work out why this it happening or how to stoop it,

The website is still being built but i have sub hosted it on my main host account so you can see what i mean please HELP
