WebPlus X6: Site center on web browsers

Not sure I'm using the correct terminology.
Using any of the templates with the site is published to the web the site background color fills the entire browser window. For lack of a better term I'll refer to it as the background-background.

Can I change the background-background that appears behind the site pages background and also so that it appears in the center of browsers?
Hope that makes sense.
