WebPlus X6: Help with placing text in iframe

I would like to use an iframe for text. It would be a medium-sized box with lots of text. I clicked Insert>Document Frame and then get stuck. How do I insert the text? Also tried External/Managed content in Quick Build. Seems I get stuck in the same place there too.
