How To Get Header/Footer Html Code for Script

Hello,

I need to get the header and footer so a script can look like my site, I know I can do it in dreamweaver but the html code is so strange in WPX6 that I do not know where to take the header and section from the code in wpx6.

I would really appreciate any help on this.
