WebPlus X2: email form

Hi Peeps I am having a bad head day and I can not remember how to assign my email address to a email form.

The other question I have is I use X2 but I am looking to use paypal to take orders on my site. Would there be any advantage to my e cmmerse adventure by upgrading to X6
