WebPlus X5: Interactive Seating Plan

I am organising a beer festival (for which there is already a website) and want to advertise tables which can be reserved. I have the table plan. Does anyone know how I can make the table plan interactive, i.e.:

- When you click a table, the website tells you whether you can book it or not.
- When you book a table, that table cannot then be booked by another group (even better, it changes colour to show it has been booked)

Any guidance would be appreciated...!!
