WebPlus X6: Password

Hi,
I am trying to upgrade from starter edition to webplus x6 when checking out i cant remember my password, clicked on the link to have password emailed to me & it says password sent but i am not receiving the email & it is not going to my spam folder either.

Any help would be appreciated
