WebPlus X6: Image Transitions

Hi,

Using WebPlus x6, is there a way to uses transitions on my images e.g. my text/image flys-in without use of a code but through WebPlus itself?

If not, I can find a code. But is there anyway to put it into order so e.g. nothing on the site loads until my image fly's in, and once the image has flown in and stopped, then the rest of the site loads?
