I purchased Webplus x6 , but now I have a problem with the installation. This is the error message: This verison of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) verion of the program, and then contact the software publisher."
Any ideas how to fix this? The tech team response is a bit slow.
I run windows 7 home premium - 64 bit.
