While doing a major review of one of my sites after a dramatic fall in traffic from Google (could be Panda but that's another story), I have discovered that HTML tags have disappeared from all the child pages since upgrading to WPX6! This has come as a complete shock as I was able to put H1 and H2 tags on ALL the pages in the earlier versions of Webplus. My sites have come through the various versions over the years and, on the face of it, I'm struggling to make sense of this omission in WPX6
The site in question is close to a thousand pages so has been divided into 46 major 'chapters' and the sub-topics of each chapter appear as child pages. That design is of course deliberate to allow for easier editing. Now, with this change it means instead of over 900 individual H1 tags in the site, I'm reduced to 46. This has sparked a major panic on my part. Does it mean I will have to redesign the site to remove child pages except where absolutely necessary?
