WebPlus X6: Custom PHP Scripting

Hi I am looking at creating a new site (and removing it from a web developer sometime in the future to manage changes in-house) My hitch with using a graphic based design tool is that our site currently has custom php scripts and a database. Does WebPlusX6 support this?
