WebPlus X6: Links outside of page area?

I'm not sure what it's called but I'm trying to create links that's outside of the page area and the links are clickable logos to manufacturers website. I want the links to stay in place when the page is scrolled. I even thought about adding pagination to some of the link categories in case I have to add alot of manufacturer logos.
