/index.html, redirecting

hi there

Im having a small issue with my website www.bestcigliquid.co.uk

It seems that the website is being redirected.
from www.bestcigliquid.co.uk/index.html

Would this cause a problem with search engine rankings?

If it is a problem how do i correct this? In the homepage file name i have to put index.html for the website to upload to the internet. Anything else and it wont upload.

In my account (upload) i have to put public_html into the folder part.

Any suggestions would be helpful
