WebPlus X6: openrequest failed

Hi All,

I have the same problem as previous users: Openrequest failed but my hosting site (.Biz.Nf) says it is because the Webplus X6 program inserts ftp:// before the server name.
That is ftp://serif.com rather than serif.com
Is there any way to change this?


I also have the dreaded
"index.html has not been updated due to a file sharing problem."
Therefore I cannot publish to disc the upload using another ftp program (groan)
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
