WebPlus X6: Set Anchor as Homepage

hi all!

I'd like to set an anchor as my homepage (I have a 4000pix H website, with the "home anchor" at around 2000 pix so that I can do a smooth scrolling (from another renown add on website) as the first step of the site.

My issue is that for now, index.html is the home page but I'd like the home (name of the anchor) to be the default page. I tried to redirect index.html to the anchor after 0 second but it doesn't work.
